Interros to use property to pay for Rosbank’s additional capital issue

The Interros Holding intends to use the Domnikov business centre project in Moscow as consideration for Rosbank’s additional share. Rosbank is being merged with the Russian subsidiary of Societe Generale, which owns a controlling stake in the bank. The shareholders agreed to increase the capital of the merged bank by €1.3bn; the Interos stake for which the property is to be used as payment, will be 18-20%.
The Domnikov centre takes up 132,000 m2; after it has been completed, it may be used as the headquarters of the merged bank.
