LSR becomes involved in yet another project in Moscow

The LSR group, which is active mainly in St. Petersburg, is expanding onto the Moscow construction market. The developer entered the residential project in the south-west of Moscow by acquiring 70% of Stroysnab, the owner of the project. This involves the construction of 218,400 m2 of housing. The amount invested could be as much as €0.5bn. LSR had previously joined two more residential projects – the construction of 190,000 m2 of economy class houses in Nakhabino and 114 low-rise houses in Balashikha, both located in the Moscow Province.
