Techno Park and new district to be built in Voronezh

A new residential district will be built in Voronezh on a 280 ha site in Shishkova Street. Part of the site will be auctioned, and the remainder will be transferred to the Voronezh Province authorities in order to attract more investors.
The new residential area will provide apartments for 150,000-200,000 people. The district will consist primarily of low buildings and others which are of medium height. The site of the new innovation Techno Park will be adjacent to the new residential district.
