St. Petersburg authorities to sell architectural monuments for reconstruction

The St. Petersburg Property Fund is to auction out four residential structures – listed architectural monuments in Pushkino. The buildings will be offered as two lots.
The first will include two houses in Moskovsky Avenue – the 446,2 m2 Sinyova dacha, built in 1900, with grounds taking up 1,765 m2, and the 381 m2 Ambrozhevich dacha, on a 767 m2 site. The second will consist of two buildings which form part of the Bautler manor. These take up 658 m2 and 445 m2 and have grounds of 1,023 m2 and 1,332 m2.
