Austria’s Immofinanz has sold 53,000 m2 of the Tomilino logistics complex in the Moscow Province to Sberbank. The deal was a part of the restructuring of the company’s debts owed to Sberbank. The complex takes up 317,000 m2 and consists of A (260,000 m2) and C (57,000 m2) class logistics facilities; its investors are a group of international investment funds including Fleming Family & Partners and the PPF Group. Immofinanz joined the project in 2007.
According to informed sources, Sberbank acquired the fund’s debts, which were secured by space in the logistics complex. The price was €33m. Experts regard this as relatively low, but it is known that the fund is facing financial problems, according to Vedomosti.
