New district to be built in Sochi in preparation for the Olympics

In preparation for the 2014 Olympics, a small new living district will be built in the Imeretinskaya Lowland in Sochi. The new district will have 4,200 apartments for the allocation of guests and service personnel during the Olympics. After the Olympic Games, the apartments will be sold to new owners.
The funding source of this construction was not disclosed.
