PIK Group to develop yet another residential project in Khimki


2010-05-17

The PIK Group is planning to build 380,000 m2 of residential housing in the Levoberezhny District of Khimki in the Moscow Province. In addition, the project will contain social amenities which will include children’s day care centres, schools, shopping facilities, recreation areas and offices.
The new project is the third to be developed by the company in Khimki. The other two are Yubileyny, which involves 240,000 m2 of housing, and Novokurkino, which takes up 900,000 m2.
