LSR Group to build housing complex in Moscow


2010-04-28

The St. Petersburg developer the LSR Group is planning to build a multipurpose housing complex near Leninsky Avenue in Moscow.
The development will take up 4.7 ha and will include five business-class residences, shopping areas, several restaurants, a fitness club and a three-level underground parking facility. The total residential area of the complex will be 170,000 m2. The construction work will be carried out by Mosstroyrekonstruktsia – the group’s subsidiary in Moscow.
The implementation of the project will begin in 2011, and it is due to be completed in 2016. The total investment required for the project is thought to be €464m.
