Morton to construct residential estate near Moscow

The investment and construction company Morton is planning to invest €51m in the construction of a fabricated, low-rise residential estate known as Sacramento in Balashikha, near Moscow.
The project includes the development of two-storey detached houses jointly occupying 80,000 m2 on a 30 ha site. Each of the houses will consist of eight apartments with individual entrances, small front gardens and parking spaces.
The construction of the first houses started in April 2010, and the implementation of the overall project will take one year.
