DSK Slavyansky, which isaffiliated with the Baltros Group, has become the only participant in the tender for the purchase of housing for the military in St. Petersburg, organised by the Ministry of Defence in February 2010. The developer is to deliver 5,000 flats taking up 311,000 m2 in the Pushkinsky District of the city. The contract was concluded at a starting price of €313m.
The company will deliver housing to the Ministry as part of the Slavyanka project, which involves the construction of 1.4 million m2 of residential housing on a 280 ha site in St. Petersburg. In addition to the housing for the military, it will also host 140,000 m2 of municipal housing, which is being built for the city council.
