Glavstroy SPB to resume Medvezhia Lapa project

Glavstroy SPB – a subsidiary of the Glavstroy corporation, which belongs to Oleg Deripaska – is to resume its Medvezhia Lapa residential project in St. Petersburg, which was frozen during the crisis.
The first stage of the project involves the construction of 110,000 m2 of low-rise housing in the Konnaya Lakhta district of the city.
The developer is finalising the planning work, and construction will begin next year.
