Renova StroyGrup to supply accommodation for Ministry of Defence

The Russian developer Renova StroyGrup has won a tender held by the Russian Ministry of Defence to supply €169m worth of accommodation for army personnel in Yekaterinburg, Yaroslavl and the Moscow Province.
In Yekaterinburg the Ministry will buy 2,383 apartments worth €139.6m from the company. In the Moscow Province and Yaroslavl the company will sell 501 apartments to the Ministry for more than €29.4m.
Renova StroyGroup already has experience of cooperating with the Ministry of Defence. In September 2009 the company prevailed in a tender to provide the Ministry with 716 apartments worth €39.2m in the Akademichesky District of Yekaterinburg.
