LenSpetsSMU to resume two business centre projects

The Russian developer LenSpetsSMU intends to resume two projects pertaining to the construction of B+ class business centres in St. Petersburg.
The first project involves the construction of a 19,900 m2 asset known as Bogatyrsky in Bogatyrsky Avenue, and the other the construction of the 67,900 m2 Udelny Park business centre between Kolomyazhsky Avenue and Udelny Park.
The implementation of both projects was frozen at the zero stage in 2008. However, now that the crisis on the property market seems to be over, the company has decided to implement the projects.
