€9.6m credit line opened for Ulyanovskshifer

The International bank of St. Petersburg has opened a one-year credit line with a limit of €9.6m for the building material manufacturer Ulyanovskshifer. The company will use the money to pay VAT on the equipment purchased for the construction of a new cement plant in the Ulyanovsk Province.
The proposed factory will replace the old production facility located in the Province’s Sigileevsky District. It will use dry-cement production technology and will have a yearly capacity of 1.2 million tonnes. The plant is due to be activated in 2012.
