Domina Hotel Group enters Russia


2008-09-23

Italy’s Domina Hotel Group is to enter the Russian market. The Group is going to roll out a chain of three or four star hotels with a total capacity of 1,000 rooms. The first hotels will open in Kaliningrad (170 guests), Lipetsk (180), Novosibirsk (225), Tomsk (100) and Tyumen (171) by 2010. Unlike most other foreign hotel operators Domina will build hotels itself. Kommersant reports that €100m will be invested in the chain.
