SibirEnergoTrade to build residential housing in Irkutsk Province

SibirEnergoTrade has won three land plots in Irkutsk Province at an auction organised by the Russian Residential Construction Development Support Fund (RZhS). The plots, taking up 82 ha, 98.5 ha and 34 ha, are zoned for residential construction. The final prices amounted to RUB 17m (€434,000), RUB 20m (€500,000), and RUB 9m (€225,000) respectively. According to the company's plans, the plots will host 75,000 m², 80,000 m² and 50,000 m² of low-rise residential housing.
SibirEnergoTrade is a subsidiary of Irkutskenergo – a local energy provider.
